Protein-free flour: gluten-free
Potato starch: possible individual intolerance; possible reactivity in case of allergy to Gramineae, Birch, Parietaria
Protein-free milk: milk allergens
Vegetable “milk” (drink): verify allergenicity of seeds of origin
Lemon: Lemon intolerance or possible cross-reaction in case of grass pollen allergy
Sunflower oil: possible reactions in case of allergy to plants belonging to the Asteraceae family, such as ragweed, chrysanthemum and daisy

Notes
To be prepared and handled under strict hygienic conditions.
“Milk” is a very common term but by law it can only be used for the mammary secretion of animals. In fact, in 2017 the Court of Justice of the European Union prohibited the use of the term “milk” for plant products.
It is therefore correct to speak of a drink
The ingredients of the dish bring the following benefits:
Cornstarch or cornstarch: excellent source of energy in the long term thanks to the slow release of glucose into the blood
Turmeric: has anti-inflammatory properties, facilitates digestion and stimulates the immune system
Protein-free flour: indicated in case of kidney failure or liver dysfunction. It stimulates the synthesis of serotonin which counteracts depression and promotes good mood
Potato starch: rich in carotenoids and vitamin C, the antioxidant par excellence that fights free radicals and supports the immune and cardiovascular systems. Useful for the functioning of the liver for the supply of vitamins, mineral salts and antioxidants. They provide folic acid linked to the production of serotonin and therefore favorable to good mood and counteract depression
Protein-free milk: contains a protein residue of no more than 1%, favourable to kidney function and liver dysfunction.
“Oat milk”: it provides factors that promote the functionality of the immune system and regulate blood sugar, useful for the functioning of the liver for the supply of vitamins, mineral salts and antioxidants
Coconut “milk”: rich in vitamins, minerals, vitamin C and E that support the immune system. It has mildly diuretic properties
“Barley milk”: it provides factors that promote the functionality of the immune system and regulate blood sugar; also suitable for nephropathic patients. Useful for the functioning of the liver for the supply of vitamins, mineral salts and antioxidants.
“Corn milk“: rich in carotenoids that support the immune system:
Almond “milk”: source of Vitamin E that protects the immune system from harmful fatty acids and mineral salts, vitamins and antioxidants that act to protect the cardiovascular system; also suitable for nephropathic patients. Also useful for the functioning of the liver for the supply of vitamins, mineral salts and antioxidants
Walnut “milk”: provides Zinc, an element favorable to the proper functioning of the immune system; also suitable for nephropathic patients. Useful for the functioning of the liver for the supply of vitamins, mineral salts and antioxidants. Useful for the functioning of the liver for the supply of omega 3 and 6 fatty acids and vitamin E and rich in omega 3 fatty acids that fight the increase in blood pressure and the presence of bad cholesterol. Rich in magnesium and omega 3 fatty acids important for regulating mood and cognitive function
Rice “milk”: provides zinc, an element favorable to the proper functioning of the immune system; also suitable for nephropathic patients:
Soy “milk”: provides isoflavones, phytoestrogens useful for improving the functionality of the cardiovascular system and reducing cholesterol levels, and potassium useful for regulating blood pressure.
Lemon: Rich in substances with antioxidant action: vitamin C, beta-carotene, cryptoxanthin, lutein and zeaxanthin, which promote the regeneration of liver cells, the functionality of the immune system and which act to protect the cardiovascular system; also suitable for nephropathic patients and useful for the functioning of the liver for the supply of vitamins, mineral salts and antioxidants. A species that provides folic acid linked to the production of serotonin and therefore favorable to good mood and counteract depression
Sunflower oil: source of Vitamin E that protects the immune system from harmful fatty acids. Useful for liver function for the supply of omega 3 and 6 fatty acids
Vanilla: it has favorable effects on liver function to have choleretic, digestive, eupeptic, stomachic, hepatoprotective, antihepatotoxic, spasmolytic properties of smooth muscle fibers.
Sugar: if consumed in moderation without contraindications (diabetes, obesity) it is the main source of energy for the body, improves thinking ability, has a positive effect on mood
