For 2 people
Oat flakes – 50 g (1.8 oz / ≈ ½ cup)
Water – 250 ml (8.5 fl oz / 1 cup)
Cream (30% fat) – 100 ml (3.4 fl oz / ≈ ⅖ cup)

Method
Mix the oatmeal with the water and cream in a bowl and add a pinch of salt.
Heat the mixture in a pot, simmering it for about 5 minutes. Stir it gently to prevent the oatmeal from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
Remove the pot from the heat and let it rest for 2 minutes, letting it cool.
When ready to serve, pour the porridge into two cups, adding a tablespoon of Greek yogurt to each portion and then garnishing with a teaspoon of honey for each.
A pinch of cinnamon will complete the dish and give it a rounder flavor.
