150 g kefir or sour cream (5.3 oz)
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil

Method
Grate the ginger and squeeze the lemon.
Season the chicken fillets with lemon juice, grated ginger, curry and oil
Let them marinate for at least a couple of hours in the fridge in a bowl closed with plastic wrap.
During the marinating time, turn the fillets once or twice.
For the accompanying sauce, finely chop the garlic clove (sprout removed).
Pour the kefir into a small bowl
Add the chopped garlic, the zest of half a grated lemon, the mustard, the oil and mix well with a teaspoon.
Close with plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge until ready to serve the chicken fillets.
After the marinating time, cook the chicken fillets on the grill pan or in a pan
Halfway through cooking, turn the fillets over and moisten them with the marinade
To make them even spicier, you can add more freshly grated ginger on the fillets before serving.
