Garlic: has immune-stimulating properties, promotes liver function and the elimination of waste metabolites. It also has hypocholesterolemic, lipid-lowering, antiplatelet, hypotensive and hypoglycemic properties that promote cardiac function.
Beer: increases good cholesterol levels, prevents the onset of cardiovascular disease, decreases the risk of diabetes, promotes kidney function
Turkey meat: lean white meats are selenium carriers that support the immune system and free of saturated fats that do not compromise the functionality of the liver and circulatory system
Flour: provides B vitamins (thiamine, niacin, riboflavin and folate), which are important for energy metabolism and the functioning of the nervous system.
Extra virgin olive oil: source of Vitamin E that protects the immune system from harmful fatty acids
Potatoes: rich in carotenoids and vitamin C, the antioxidant par excellence that fights free radicals and supports the immune and cardiovascular systems.
