Presentation
A nutritious recipe, consisting of a baked product prepared with flour, lycolì, kefir, butter, sugar, blueberries
Ingredients
Method
Take 100 g of levain from the jar of levain stored in the fridge, refreshed the day before.
Leave it at room temperature for about half an hour to allow it to reactivate.
Add the kefir, sugar and melted butter to the levain.
Stir to dissolve the sugar.
Pour in the flour a little at a time and work by hand for about ten minutes until you get a smooth and elastic dough.
Let the dough rise for about 4 hours in a sheltered place (inside the oven or in the microwave).
Take portions of dough from the leavened dough, crush them gently with your hands then place a few blueberries on each one
Close the dough by forming a ball that encloses the blueberries inside.
Place the blueberry-filled balls on the baking tray covered with parchment paper and let them rise (always in the oven or micro) for 6-8 hours.
Bake in a static oven at 200°C (halfway through cooking lower to 180°) for 15 minutes.
