Presentation
A nutritious recipe, consisting of a dessert prepared with wholemeal flour, semi-skimmed milk, brown sugar, egg, salt, baking powder, bitter cocoa, raspberries
Ingredients
(4 people)
1290 g (45.5 oz) whole-wheat flour
130 g (4.4 fl oz) semi-skimmed milk
50 g (1.8 oz) brown sugar
1 egg
A pinch of salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
200 g (7.1 oz) raspberries
Preparation
Pour all the ingredients into a bowl and knead for a few minutes, until the mixture becomes smooth and without lumps.
The mixture will have the right consistency when it slides off easily from a spoon: add a few drops of milk if it thickens too much.
Once you have this liquid batter, let it sit in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes.
Heat a flat non-stick pan
Take the batter, mix with a spoon and, using a ladle, pour the contents onto the pan forming small discs.
When bubbles form, turn the disc over and cook for about 20 seconds over medium heat.
Garnish with raspberries at the end of cooking.
