PRESENTATION

A light dessert prepared with egg white, instant coffee, and sweetener.

INGREDIENTS:

For 1 serving

1 egg white

1 teaspoon instant coffee

2 sweetener cubes (or equivalent)

METOD

Dissolve the instant coffee and sweetener cubes in one tablespoon of water.

Whip the egg white until stiff peaks form.

Slowly fold the sweetened coffee into the whipped egg white.

Transfer to a small bowl and refrigerate for a few hours.

Serve well chilled.

• Coffee: possible intolerance to caffeine

NOTE
