Method
Start by boiling the lasagna in a large pot by immersing it in plenty of boiling water and adding a tablespoon of olive oil.

Blanch the asparagus in boiling water for 5 minutes
Cut them into small pieces and set aside.
Brown the onion until golden brown
Add the meat and mushrooms cut into slices.
After 5 minutes, add the asparagus.
Cook over medium heat until the meat is cooked
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
For the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan
Add the flour and keep the mixture mixed
Gradually add the milk, continuing to stir
Season with pepper and nutmeg and let the mixture thicken slightly. When the béchamel is ready, proceed with the preparation of the lasagna. Pour a little béchamel sauce on the bottom of the pan which will be placed in the oven
Arrange 3 lasagna and cover them with the meat and onion sauce.
Add the béchamel sauce and chopped basil.
Repeat the procedure by placing another layer.
Cover the second layer with more lasagna and add the remaining béchamel sauce.
