Laurel: leaves and berries have diuretic properties, the leaves are rich in vitamin C favorable to the proper functioning of the immune system, minerals favorable to the production of red blood cells and the functioning of the cardiovascular system
Broad beans: rich in iron, potassium, magnesium, copper, selenium and many vitamins, especially ascorbic acid which helps support the immune system and neutralizes the action of free radicals, promote hematopoiesis and help reduce cholesterolemia and blood sugar, promoting the functionality of the cardiovascular system.
