Presentation

An ice cream rich in yogurt combined with milk and sugar

Ingredients

300 g of full-fat yogurt

150 g of milk

95 g sugar

Preparation

Combine the 3 ingredients

Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Turn on the ice cream maker

Pour the mixture into the refrigeration tray

Finely stirred to desired consistency

Serve it immediately with fresh fruit or variegate it with a fruit sauce

Notes

• Sugar: to be avoided in children with processes potentially still in place (possible presence of cancer cells)
• To be replaced with a sweetener (e.g. stevia or erythritol) or a fruit concentrate (e.g. date or quince, etc.)

• Food intended for individuals with Anorexia, Mucositis, Xerostomia (dry mouth), Dysphagia
• Not to be administered in case of diarrhea
