Introduction
An ice cream made with donkey milk, a liquid similar to human milk and free from the allergenic properties of ruminant milk proteins. Combined with plant-based cream, cherimoya (annona), and sweetened with stevia.
200 ml donkey milk (liquid or reconstituted)
200 g plant-based cream
400 g cherimoya (annona)
20 g stevia
Prepare the cherimoya by peeling and removing the pulp.
Blend the pulp until smooth, ensuring all seeds are removed.
Combine the donkey milk, plant-based cream, cherimoya puree, and stevia.
Mix thoroughly.
Churn the mixture in an ice cream maker until the desired consistency is reached (20–30 minutes).
Alternatively, place in the freezer and stir periodically until frozen.
This recipe does not contain common allergens.
Important: Prepare under strict hygienic conditions, as the ice cream is not subjected to heat treatment before consumption.
