Black pepper, to tast
Method
Finely chop two cloves of garlic
Fry them with a little oil.
Pour in the mushrooms even if frozen
Turn and cook them for about 15 minutes initially with the lid closed then during the last minutes of cooking uncovered to reduce the liquid formed, but without drying them too much.
At the end of cooking, add the chopped parsley and pepper to taste.
Mix half of the ricotta with the mushrooms and the other half with the béchamel sauce
Start by spreading a little béchamel sauce on the bottom of the pan.
Also add a drizzle of oil.
Put the first sheet of dough
Spread the béchamel sauce, mushroom and ricotta cream and a sprinkling of Parmigiano cheese over the pasta
Cover with the second sheet of dough.
Continue until all the ingredients are used up.
Cover the last layer with béchamel and Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
Finally, distribute a drizzle of oil
Bake for 20 minutes or a little more at 200 degrees.
Let them rest for a few minutes.
