Notes
Rich in protein, which is necessary for maintaining muscle mass, it also meets dietary requirements related to salt and potassium. However, this dish is also rich in phosphorus so take the phosphate binder
Wine that can also be used in the recipe for children as the alcohol evaporates during cooking but the aroma remains
The ingredients of the dish bring the following benefits:
Garlic: has immune-stimulating properties, promotes liver function and the elimination of waste metabolites. It also has hypocholesterolemic, lipid-lowering, antiplatelet, hypotensive and hypoglycemic properties that promote cardiac function.
Rabbit meat: rich in selenium that supports the immune system. To reduce the presence of potassium, boil the meat in plenty of water which is then eliminated.
Fine grasses: variable composition. Benefits of ingredients
Lemon: Rich in substances with antioxidant action: vitamin C, beta-carotene, cryptoxanthin, lutein and zeaxanthin, which promote the regeneration of liver cells, the functionality of the immune system and which act to protect the cardiovascular system; also suitable for nephropathic patients and useful for the functioning of the liver for the supply of vitamins, mineral salts and antioxidants. A species that provides folic acid linked to the production of serotonin and therefore favorable to good mood and counteract depression
Extra virgin olive oil: source of Vitamin E that protects the immune system from harmful fatty acids
Rosemary: rich in principles favorable to kidney function (stimulate diuresis), the cardiovascular system by promoting sweating and liver function by promoting bile secretion.
Sage: contains chlorophyll which has detoxifying properties and promotes the proper functioning of the immune system; also suitable for nephropathic patients. Useful for the functioning of the liver for the supply of vitamins, mineral salts and antioxidants
Shallots: rich in selenium that supports the immune system and with the ability to stabilize blood glucose at normal values; carrier of quercetin, a flavonoid that helps contain cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the blood, parameters related to cardiovascular risk, which also supports liver function by promoting the purification of the body. Also suitable for nephropathics. A species that provides folic acid linked to the production of serotonin and therefore favorable to good mood and counteract depression
Tagliatelle: they provide B vitamins (thiamine, niacin, riboflavin and folate), important for energy metabolism and the functioning of the nervous system. with flour they provide Zinc, an element favorable to the proper functioning of the immune system; also suitable for nephropathic patients. Cereals stimulate the synthesis of serotonin which counteracts depression and promotes good mood.
White wine: (moderate consumption) counteracts bad cholesterol and raises the levels of good cholesterol, reducing the risk of heart attack and stroke and has a purifying and detoxifying activity favorable to the proper functioning of the liver
