INGREDIENTS
Homemade hard bread: 1 piece
Lists of lard: 5
Olive oil: 1/2 glass
Garlic: 10 cloves
Cumin: 3-4 seeds
Salt to taste.
Sweet pepper: 1 tbsp
Water: to taste
Eggs: 3 (optional)
PREPARATION
Cut the bread into thin slices.
Put the olive oil in a pan and when it is hot add some peeled garlic cloves and some pieces of lard.
The garlic must be removed when it has taken on a golden color.
Crush some cumin seeds and two cloves of garlic in a mortar.
Salt and a spoonful of sweet pepper are added to the pan.
Without stopping mixing, add the content from the mortar and a quantity of water equal to how many plates of soup are required. Bring it to a boil.
When it comes to the boil, the soup broth will be placed in a saucepan where there will be the slices of bread that will be heating up, and it will be put back on the fire where you can add some beaten eggs before serving the soup on hot plates.
