Presentation
An ice cream made with donkey milk, a milk similar to human milk and free from the allergenic properties of proteins found in cow’s milk, mixed with vegetable cream and apple, sweetened with stevia.

Ingredients

• 200 ml of liquid or reconstituted donkey milk
• 200 g of vegetable cream
• 300 g of apples
• 20 g of stevia

Preparation

1. Peel and wash the apples.
2. Blend the pulp.
3. Combine all ingredients.
4. Mix well.
5. Churn in an ice cream maker until the desired consistency (20-30 minutes) or freeze, stirring periodically.

Allergens
– Apple may cause individual intolerance to the fruit or cross-reactivity in case of sensitivity to birch pollen.

Notes
– To be produced under strict hygienic conditions, as it is not subjected to heat treatment.

– For donkey milk, use either pasteurized liquid milk or pasteurized freeze-dried donkey milk reconstituted to 10% (10 g of freeze-dried milk + 90 ml of water), reconstituted with warm water as per the manufacturer’s instructions.

– Can alternatively be sweetened with erythritol.

Safety / Intended Use
– Recommended for cases of anorexia, mucositis, xerostomia (dry mouth), and dysphagia.

– Do not administer in case of diarrhea.

– Ice cream should be prepared under strict hygienic conditions as it is not subjected to heat treatment before consumption.
