Presentation
An ice cream made with donkey milk, a milk similar to human milk and free from the allergenic properties of the proteins in cow’s milk, blended with plant-based cream and banana, sweetened with stevia.

Ingredients

• 200 ml of liquid or reconstituted donkey milk
• 200 g of plant-based cream
• 500 g of banana
• 20 g of stevia

Preparation

1. Peel and cut the bananas.
2. Combine the ingredients.
3. Mix thoroughly.
4. Churn in an ice cream maker until the desired consistency is reached (20-30 minutes) or freeze, stirring periodically.

Allergens
– Does not contain allergens.

Notes
– For donkey milk, use pasteurized liquid donkey milk or pasteurized freeze-dried donkey milk reconstituted at 10% (10 g of freeze-dried milk + 90 ml of water), to be reconstituted hot according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

– It can also be sweetened with erythritol.

Safety / Intended Use
– Recommended in cases of Anorexia, Mucositis, Xerostomia (Dry Mouth), Dysphagia.

– Do not administer in case of Diarrhea.

-The ice cream should be prepared under strict hygienic conditions, as it is not subjected to thermal treatment before consumption.
