Presentation

An ice cream made with donkey milk, a milk similar to human milk and free from the allergenic properties of cow milk proteins, mixed with vegetable cream and cocoa, sweetened with stevia.

Ingredients

• 200 ml of liquid or reconstituted donkey milk
• 200 g of vegetable cream
• 40 g of cocoa
• 20 g of stevia

Preparation

1. Combine the ingredients.
2. Mix well.
3. Churn in an ice cream maker until desired consistency (20-30 minutes) or place in the freezer, stirring periodically.

Does not contain allergens.

Notes

– Prepare under strict hygienic conditions as the product is not subjected to thermal treatment.
– For donkey milk, use pasteurized liquid donkey milk or reconstituted freeze-dried pasteurized donkey milk at 10% (10 g of freeze-dried milk + 90 ml of water) to be reconstituted with hot water according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

– Can be sweetened with erythritol.

Safety / Intended Use

– Recommended for conditions like Anorexia, Mucositis, Xerostomia (Dry Mouth), and Dysphagia.

– Do not administer in case of Diarrhea.

– Ice cream should be prepared in strict hygienic conditions as it is not subjected to thermal treatment before consumption.
