Presentation
A nutritious recipe, consisting of a dessert prepared with Aproten flour, butter, Aproten drink, sugar, egg, brewer’s yeast, jam
Ingredients
Method
I started by making the leavened dough: I put the drink in a bowl and added the yeast and the protein-free flour.
I kneaded
I covered the bowl and let it rise: it took about 30 minutes.
In the same bowl I then added the egg, sugar, butter softened at room temperature.
First I mixed with a spoon then I put the dough on the table and kneaded well.
I made a ball and put it back in the same bowl, covered for a second rise for about an hour
I took the dough, I flattened it giving it a rectangular shape and a length of about half a centimeter.
I spread the jam on top
I rolled up the dough and with a sharp and floured knife I cut it into slices about 2 cm wide.
I placed the slices slightly apart from each other in a cake pan that I had lined with parchment paper.
I let it rise last time and I baked in a hot oven for about 20 minutes.
