Knead until you obtain a smooth mixture:
If you want to prepare baked turkey meatballs:
Place some baking paper, 1 tablespoon of oil and a few bay leaves in a baking dish.
Make the meatballs and as you prepare them, arrange them in the baking dish:
Add a few more bay leaves to the pan and a drizzle of oil that just covers all the meatballs:
Cook in a very hot oven at 180° for about 25′ – 30′, taking care every now and then to open and distribute the sauce deposited on the bottom over the surface of the meatballs.
If you want to prepare the turkey meatballs in a pan: proceed in the same way indicated above, cooking the meatballs for about 15 minutes on a high heat without a lid, taking care to turn them continuously.
If you want to prepare fried turkey meatballs: after making the meatballs with the help of the two spoons, quickly pass them in the flour (just one very quick pass), sprinkle the excess flour and fry in plenty of sunflower seed oil.
The meatballs are ready to be served with a sprinkling of freshly ground pepper.
